A friend let me try out his first gen ZX-10R with a cammed, port and polished and fully blueprinted engine.
I found god today. That thing MOVES. Second gear, 1/2 throttle, it was wanting to pull the front wheel off the ground....and it was already doing WELL above anything resembling legal speeds.
Gaahhhhhhh I need that power in my life
Bike in question (yes, full Carbon fiber body panels)

Saw a dude on the other side of the highway, north of gingerman in Michigan doing what looked close to two bills. I also like the new measure of speed “moron fast".

I also drove past the other Royal Distributing today on the way home from a wedding. I did not go in.

Yup, riding around in 2nd gear at 1/4 throttle pissing yourself in fear is so much fun.

Mad? Nah. I’d like to ride it, but I wouldn’t own a bike like that unless it was like my 12th bike.
I bet it does the dankest whoolies, though.

keep in mind, my fear as partly because, well, its the first time I’m been on something quite THAT savage.
If I owned it, Id probably be a lot more comfortable after a month or so..
and yes, it would pull some pretty friggen dank whoolies.

Which is why I would like to ride one, but not own it. Once you’re acclimated to that kind of acceleration, nothing else will ever feel fast to you again.
You’d feel comfortable, but you’d still be idling around in 2nd gear all the time.
Yes. Yes it would.
